The Director, Loyalty Solutions Consultant, designs loyalty and digital marketing solutions that lead to our next $1M+ clients. By combining skills and knowledge in loyalty marketing, emerging technology platforms, and problem solving, Solutions Consultants pursue our largest opportunities, design the next generation of interactive loyalty and digital marketing solutions, and ultimately convert those opportunities into our best client stories and relationships.

Description & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead client discovery workshops. Develop approach and identify key business objectives to inform the design of solution strategies.
- Own the design of innovative loyalty and digital marketing strategies for the world’s best brands.
- Translate our client’s needs into complete loyalty solutions that include program design, ROI evaluation, creative theme, reward recommendations and ongoing program strategy
- Work with brands to design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative market research to strengthen and validate the viability of your loyalty strategies and solutions
- Work with our financial modelling teams to guide the development of loyalty and digital marketing business cases to prove out the 3 to 5 year financial viability of your solutions and strategies.
- Work closely with our sales, pre-sales creative, and account management teams to sell in loyalty solutions and convert new loyalty opportunities into long-term clients
- Work closely with our account, implementation, and supporting strategy teams to transition sold solutions for delivery, launch, and growth over time
- Develop strong internal and external client relationships
- Work on multiple consulting opportunities at a time
- 6 to 8+ years of marketing experience with a focus of designing and selling strategic programs
- A strong desire to innovate, design, architect, and sell next generation solutions
- Experience and a strong interest in consumer loyalty programs
- Experience with interactive or integrated marketing campaigns
- Ability to translate client needs and expectations into innovative, strategic solutions
- Strong problem solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
